Cravings! How to Heal From that Agonizing Urge to Splurge!
We all get cravings at one time or another. Cravings range from a desire for a piece of chocolate to compulsively downing a carton of ice cream. One nearly universal trigger is stress. We want to ease those anxious feelings with chips, sugar, shopping, carbohydrates, chocolate, alcohol -- whatever is particularly soothing for us. When we start talking about other substances, we often speak of addictions: cigarettes, alcohol, opiates, other drugs, or even sugar come to mind.
Do you want to know the right steps in the right order to help you gain back control?
Join Certified Health Coach specializing in Highly Sensitive Women, Sheryl Turgeon, for a free talk on Saturday, January 30, 2016 where she will cover the following techniques:
- What cravings are and when you should worry

- How we develop food sensitivities
- New ways to respond to cravings
- Healing from cravings
- and more!
This class is a free information session. Interested participants can then register and pay for the week-long course with Sheryl for $75. Then, the class will meet again for a closing celebration one week later, on Sunday, February 7, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
