Off the Mat, onto the Chair!

This is a free event! An opportunity to experience chair yoga with Joey Machado!

Experience first-hand how a chair can change your current yoga practice, or how a chair can help you start a yoga practice. This is a 90-minute class taught workshop-style where you will get to have your questions answered and see if chair yoga is right for you. Learn sequences, postures, downward-facing dog, the sun salutations, and so much more.
