Carly Baumann is an Integrative Amrit Method (I AM) Yoga Instructor and Certified I AM Yoga Nidra Facilitator. Carly began her path with the “meditation in motion” of I AM Yoga and profound peace of Yoga Nidra as a student in 2006 and completed her first 200-hour training in 2013. Carly teaches with a joyful intention of making the power of yogic philosophy and tools accessible and applicable to everyday life. She has taught children in formal and informal education for 20 years, and is also a Gendai Reiki practitioner.

Emily endeavors to guide others in connecting to their deeper self through the physical and spiritual practice of yoga. She recently completed her 200-hour Anusara training with Sara Davidson Flanders at All That Matters Yoga Studio in Providence, RI. Emily leads our Community Yoga Class. Deb Fraine has been practicing yoga for 20 years and is a registered member of Yoga Alliance having completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Donna Pagliarani at the Dharma Connection in Sandwich, MA. “As a yoga instructor my goal is to integrate my knowledge as an outpatient orthopedic occupational therapist into my yoga classes by helping to prevent injury with sequences that stretch and strengthen the core, neck, back, shoulders, quadriceps, hamstrings, hips, shoulders, wrists and hands.”

Marcia, a consummate teacher, is a Level 1 Certified Reiki Practitioner, a certified Zumba Instructor, and is certified in Chi Running and Chi Walking. She has been educating for over 36 years in everything from children's fitness to pilates to aqua aerobics. She is trained in yoga, anatomy as well as mind/body trainings. Her yoga classes are fun and educational journeys into the body and its intimate pathway towards health, wellness, and healing.

Heather is a 500 RYT from Maya Yoga with Nicki Doane and Eddie Modestini. She has participated in Baron Baptiste’s Level 1 Bootcamp, studied with Patricia Walden, Doug Keller, Roger Cole, Anna Forrest, and Jack Kornfield. Dedicated to studying yoga for more than 30 years, "My classes are alignment-based and encourage students to look inward and find the yoga that best serves their lifestyle." She is certified in Yoga for Veterans and Yoga for Breast Cancer.

Joey received his 200-hour training certification from Kripalu four years ago where he studied with Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman, and Shiva Rea. Joey's passion is allowing yoga to be accessible no matter the circumstance. He teaches Kripalu yoga, gentle, moderate, power and chair yoga. He is also certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine.  He has been successfully training people for more than 11 years.

Joelene has been practicing yoga for 27 years and teaching yoga for 20 years. She has trained in Reiki ll, energy medicine traditions, and many different types of yoga such as Kundalini, Iyengar, Anusara, Restorative, and Yin, all of which add to her teaching and understanding of embodiment. Joelene believes that yoga truly is a healing practice of mind/body and a wonderful way to spend time with yourself.

Sheri Simon is a YA certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. She discovered Kundalini Yoga over 20 years ago and has been hooked ever since. Sheri completed her training with Reinette Fournier (Suraj Kaur) at Tenth Gate Center for Yoga and Meditation in Portsmouth, RI, and feels blessed to have studied with many beautiful teachers: Ravi Singh, Elizabeth Greathouse (Gurumukh East), and Tom Speare (Parmatma Singh). Her focus is to create a warm, accepting and tranquil space for students to learn and deepen their practice so they can experience a more harmonious and joyful life.

Sandra is 200-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Certified Bodyworker who received multiple trainings through Kripalu School of Yoga.  A licensed massage therapist, Sandra has taught at numerous yoga studios, hospitals, nature reservations, fitness centers and more for the past five years. Her classes offer modifications for all levels and have clear focus on alignment for a safe and strong practice.

Jessica Webb, the owner of Anchor Yoga, is an MBSR teacher, Yoga Nidra guide, Laughter Yoga leader, and is certified to instruct mindfulness meditation and yoga at the E-RYT 500 level. She has been teaching mindfulness and yoga for eight years and pours her energy into retreats, workshops, group classes on mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, and yoga for those wishing to lead a richer and fuller life. She is passionate about the health and healing benefits of movement and meditation, and teaches yoga as a practice to cultivate joy and ease on and off the mat. Her classes flow with the goals of health, longevity, relaxation, and devotion to self-care.
