Having fun and learning about the benefits of yoga is what Teen Yoga is all about! A great start to gaining basic knowledge of postures, working with the breath, and building body awareness that will stay with you for years to come!
For ages 13 to 19, girls and boys alike, this class is great for any teen who wants to learn and build flexibility. A perfect complement to other sports or just a great way to be with friends and make new ones! Learn basic postures like downward dog, warrior I and warrior II, plus build balance and coordination with poses like tree and half moon.

Series 2: August 4, 11, 18, and 25
All classes are from 4 - 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays. Drop in for $12 or sign up for four classes for $40, come to any of the classes in the series!
