Mindfulness-BasedStress Reduction (MBSR) Orientation #2

The MBSR orientation is designed to familiarize you with the course's itinerary and details plus give you a first-hand experience of what to expect from the course. Most importantly, you will have a chance to meet with Jessica Webb, the instructor, and have any questions or concerns addressed prior to the start of the course. Plus, if you do decide to sign up, you will need to fill out a questionnaire. 

Attendance at ONE of the orientation sessions is required to take the course.
