The Mindful Readers’ Book Club has returned for a 7-week series delving into the practice of cultivating joy in everyday life.
Equal parts meditation group and book club, the Mindful Readers’ Book Club is a way to read together, connect, and then practice the qualities of mindfulness in our lives. Our summer series had us learning about Real Love by Sharon Salzberg and now we carry on with The Book of Joy.
In each class we will spend time meditating but mostly we will contemplate the book’s content and relevance in our lives. Books are not provided, please bring your own copy in any format you like. Drop ins are welcome. The book will be read on the following schedule. Before the class meets, please read:
