Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week, in-depth, experiential course in mind/body awareness. Using meditation, yoga, personal inquiry, dialog, and somatic awareness exercises, the MBSR program introduces participants to the art and science of living mindfully.
This free orientation is designed to familiarize you with the course's itinerary, expectations, level of commitment needed, and plus give you a first-hand experience of what to expect from the course.
You will have a chance to meet with the instructor and have any questions or concerns addressed prior to the start of the course.
