Create your own sacred intention that comes from your heart on the symbolic Summer Solstice!

The solstice represents a time of opening, calling in the light, and celebrating the power of abundance from tiny seeds. At the year's mid-point, it is a potent time to reflect on what you've experienced so far, and recalibrate the intentions that guide your life. This workshop is designed to relax and rejuvenate while igniting your deepest intention!

Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that takes you to the deepest levels of relaxation and healing, effortlessly. From this place, you dissolve the subconscious habits you wish to release and replace them with your intention. All while lying down in a comfortable position, completely guided.

In this two-and-a-half hour class, we will explore the basics of the yogic tool of intention and use a simple process to craft your individual working intention - a “mission statement” that resonates with what you want to bring into your life. We’ll then use a gentle asana practice accessible to all levels to bring awareness to the present, and anchor our intentions within a guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
